3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Such conduct is prohibited and may also violate criminal law. Idaho Code §§18-8326 and 18-8413 can apply to criminal misuse connected with Idaho Sex Offender Registry information. Registry access supports public safety awareness; it does not authorize vigilantism, blacklisting, or discrimination.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create a credit report, consumer report, or background check. Its advertising partners likewise do not provide a site service meant to screen applicants, evaluate rental applications, set insurance terms, or determine creditworthiness. Site or linked-tool data must not be used to:
- Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
